About The Position

Serve as the primary customer contact for Foodservice planned service activities (installations, replacements, flavor changes, removals) while adopting and championing modern AI tools and automation to drive speed, accuracy, and an elevated customer experience. You will collaborate across national service teams, field service providers, and bottlers/distributors to execute operational work, using data‑driven insights and technology‑enabled processes to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with new AI and automation tools.
  • Ability to use AI for communication drafting, analysis, insight generation, and workflow optimization.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce/Thirsty, Microsoft Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel), and other collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of equipment installation requirements and distributor operations.
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, confirm, track, and process scheduled service activities using Coca‑Cola systems and centralized databases; record customer feedback in standardized systems to ensure business processes advance correctly.
  • Actively monitor and track activities in tools like Salesforce, QuickBase, Power BI, Microsoft Teams.
  • Source and facilitate delivery of assets including equipment, parts, and POS materials.
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments, deliveries, and follow‑ups.
  • Troubleshoot process issues, using phone and other communication channels.
  • Process order information and expedite priority requests.
  • Build productive relationships with customers, distributors, service partners, and Ops/Sales clients.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for site events such as openings, closings, relocations, and remodels.
  • Utilize dashboards & reporting to identify and address process failures
  • Act as an early adopter and advocate of emerging AI tools for workflow automation, communication, troubleshooting, analytics, and decision support.
