We are looking for an Adviser – Operational Excellence, Commercial Services, which is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the organization’s transformation agenda by driving transformation initiatives and overseeing data governance, reporting, and BI dashboards. Reporting to the Manager – Transformation and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment within the Transformation team, you will: Develop strategies to optimize processes and systems aligned with organizational goals. Identify, assess, and prioritize improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback. Build business cases for improvement initiatives and manage implementation to ensure benefits realization. Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate inefficiencies and waste. Lead the implementation of identified initiatives to ensure stakeholder needs are met, business benefits are realised and ensure initiatives are coordinated by working across processes, business as well as tech team in designing the future processes Demonstrate experience in end-to-end process modelling using BPMN standards, with the ability to design, analyse, and maintain process models in BPM platforms - in line with established modelling guidelines and governance requirements Be familiar with BI tools and platforms preferred. Ability to leverage emerging technologies (AI, RPA) to drive automation and efficiency will be an added advantage. Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Requirements
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- 5– 8 years in business process improvement, data governance, and analytics/reporting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong ability to analyse large datasets, interpret trends, and generate actionable insights using analytical techniques.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to address complex business challenges.
- If you are applying for the role based in the province of Quebec, fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
