About The Position

Children’s Happy Teeth & Happy Braces is a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic organization dedicated to creating positive, fun, and high-quality experiences for every child and family we serve. We are passionate about healthy smiles and community impact, and we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Advertising Specialist to join our team.

The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive patient growth, brand awareness, and engagement across our locations. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills to ensure campaigns are both compelling and effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
• Basic understanding of SEO and overall digital marketing strategy
• Experience in multi-location business, dental, or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead generation
• Create compelling ad copy and coordinate visuals aligned with our brand voice
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals and promotions
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay current on advertising trends, tools, and best practices
