About The Position

TiVo is seeking an Ad Partnerships Coordinator to join our Ad Sales team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and proactive. The position will be responsible for daily monitoring of our inventory performance, demand path optimization as well as assisting with reporting, billing and partnership communications. This role requires a strong understanding of CTV, Programmatic Advertising, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful path to monetization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs experience in advertising campaign oversight, execution, and technical support across CTV - display advertising.
  • Understanding of programmatically sold digital display advertising products a plus.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, work collaboratively and confidently with clients, across internal departments and with senior leadership.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a strong focus on driving business growth.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment. Highly organized, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proactive communicator, and service-oriented personality with high interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor and optimize partner demand integrations on Tivo+ inventory to ensure they meet performance goals and partner expectations.
  • Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, discrepancies, technical problems, and performance concerns.
  • Partnership Management: Assist Ad Seals team with operational tasks such as tracking of sales contacts and keeping all necessary contracts organized and up to date.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of processes, creative collateral and work flows in Confluence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and finance teams.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on recommended process and system improvements. Other assignments as needed.
