About The Position

Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Advertising Manager to join our team. This position collaborates with the Chief Communications Officer ( CCO ) in the creation and implementation of the annual collegewide advertising plan. This position develops and implements advertising plans for self- or grant-funded programs at the college. This position is responsible for market research, including student focus groups, and analyzing and monitoring advertising performance. Collaborate in the conceptualization of marketing collateral. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field, and one to three years of relevant experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRMs and other software.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
