Our Summer Internship Program is a paid, immersive 10-week experience designed to help you explore career paths while bringing your passions and fresh perspectives to work. This well-rounded program not only offers hands-on learning but also serves as a pipeline for future opportunities. U.S. Networks Distribution is responsible for negotiating distribution deals with new and existing cable operators and digital and wireless distributors to bring Paramount television programming to your TV, computer and mobile devices. USND employees are brand representatives to Paramount's portfolio of more than 20 industry leading television networks including Nickelodeon, CBS and others. These teams maintain distributor relationships, maximize revenue and identify opportunities with our partners to ensure fans can discover and engage with Paramount content. The Advertising team works creatively across all media platforms - TV, digital, social, experiential/ live events, emerging platforms; and all audiences - from young kids with the Nickelodeon brands, to Millennials with brands like MTV and Comedy Central! This team uses cutting-edge research, data, partner marketing, and sales strategy approaches. Business Development & Strategy identifies growth opportunities and reaches out to new businesses, with the goal of driving new and incremental revenue across Paramount networks. These teams handle all prospecting, strategic ideation and planning, as well as execution of all marketing programs for new clients.

Requirements

  • Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Master's students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
  • You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
  • Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
  • Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
  • Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
