As an Advertising and Media Sales Representative, you’ll act as a trusted consultant helping Accredited Businesses enhance their presence through BBB’s advertising and marketing solutions while building long-term relationships grounded in trust and integrity.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital advertising
  • A true hunter mentality; self-motivated, competitive, and energized by prospecting and closing
  • Strong business development skills with persistence to overcome objections and rejection
  • Experience presenting and selling digital media and/or broadcast (OOH) advertising
  • Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers
  • Willingness to learn new marketing concepts and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • A commitment to honesty, integrity, and representing BBB’s mission at the highest level

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new opportunities by engaging BBB Accredited Businesses through high-volume phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Present and sell BBB’s digital advertising and marketing solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to closing and post-sale relationship management
  • Complete 200+ outreach attempts weekly and consistently generate 5+ new opportunities per week
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Solutions Director and team to refine strategies and improve programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM activity logging (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities)
  • Respond to all internal and external inquiries within 24 hours
  • Deliver monthly client performance reports with actionable insights, visuals, and benchmarks
  • Stay focused, organized, and accountable to goals because results matter
