About The Position

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for campaign fulfillment and execution across our footprint. In addition, this position plays a critical part, helping Sales and advertiser clients by providing creative file support, educating on our dynamic capabilities, and helping to deliver innovative ads.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage workflow, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in analytics and reporting (e.g., preparing performance reports for products).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in advertising production, graphic design, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage content, execution, and fulfillment of all local, import and national campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, In-Field Operations, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaigns
  • Coordinates receipt of creative files and posting instructions from Sales and advertiser clients by establishing and monitoring key milestones to ensure all deadlines are successfully achieved.
  • Review Creative from advertisers to make sure it meets CCA content standards
  • Manages artwork content approval with airport staff
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment to campaign goals.
  • Generate and deliver to sales and advertiser client proof of performance and completion reporting.
  • Triage and troubleshoot scheduling, playback, and proof of performance issues.
  • Communicate issues and apply corrections to avoid additional errors.
  • Performs other duties as required.
