Lead multi-day adventure trips (ranging from 1 to 5 weeks long) for groups of 4-10 teens in backcountry and front-country settings. Responsible for route planning, navigation, campsite management, and safe execution of trip itineraries. Must have strong backpacking and camping skills, experience managing group dynamics, and confidence leading adolescents in wilderness environments. Should be organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions in changing conditions. Oversee daily logistics, including meal preparation, gear management, Leave No Trace practices, and risk assessment. Foster positive group culture through intentional facilitation, team-building activities, and supportive leadership. Communicate with the camp leadership team regarding trip progress, needs, and any challenges that arise, ensuring a safe, meaningful, and growth-focused experience for all participants.
