About The Position

The Adventure Attendants provide a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for guests while operating and assisting with various mountain adventure attractions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Enthusiastic about working outdoors.
Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects.
Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of all guests and team members while operating adventure attractions.
Provide excellent guest service by creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment.
Entertain guests and help ease nerves as they participate in attractions.
Safely operate attractions including Mountain Coaster, Zipline, ZipFlyer, Treetops Course, Adventure Zone, and Summer Tubing in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Conduct daily inspections and complete required checklists for all attractions.
Explain safety requirements, provide ride instructions, and ensure proper use of equipment.
Assist guests with equipment fitting and removal, and direct them safely through attraction areas.
Guide guests on UTV tours, sharing resort knowledge throughout the experience.
Lead Segway tours through designated trails, ensuring safety and engagement.
Support guests in the Adventure Zone, including providing guidance on rock-climbing elements and ropes course challenges.
