About The Position

Phillips Academy is seeking a detail-oriented Advancement Services Coordinator to support the Advancement Services team within the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This administrative role plays a key part in maintaining accurate constituent data and supporting fundraising, engagement, and stewardship efforts across the Academy. This position reports to the Associate Director of Advancement Services and is hybrid, with up to 2 remote days per week once training is complete.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of data entry experience using a complex CRM (Salesforce, Blackbaud, Agilon, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain constituent records in the Advancement database
  • Generate donor gift receipts and acknowledgment letters
  • Run and review exception reports to ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor online forms, alerts, and alumni communications for record updates
  • Support gift processing during high-volume periods and Advancement events
