The Advanced UX Designer at GM Design Studios is tasked with designing next-generation user experiences for vehicles. This role involves close collaboration with Vehicle Designers, Software Developers, Program Teams, and Component Designers to ensure the seamless integration of technologies within the vehicle. The designer’s ultimate goal is to provide a considered, wholistic vehicle experience working in an advanced space. A good candidate has knowledge of human centric design, sensibility to aesthetics, form and brand, and an ability to solve user needs and wants over a wide range of customers. This roll requires harmonious combination of creative skills, and technical know-how. Creative exploration while understanding humanistic design is core to the UX designer in this role.
