About The Position

As a Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and Systems Engineer for SWIS, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development. Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
• Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
