About The Position
You will report directly to our Director of Engineering and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering projects by ensuring timely and successful deliveries of software projects and collaboration with business leaders to ensure they align with the overarching business objectives. Responsibilities
- Development and delivery of products working along with a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship on critical technology projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define project requirements and deliverables
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the team adheres to best practices and efficient development methodologies, such as Agile.
