About The Position
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of the Anthem program by delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and operational performance. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for the Anthem program, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software specifications and enhance system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
