About The Position

We are seeking an Advanced Salesforce Engineer to lead and deliver rapid, high-impact implementations using a proprietary fast-track delivery framework. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at executing standardized, out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions at speed while maintaining high quality and scalability. Unlike traditional, multi-phase transformation roles, this position focuses heavily on repeatable, fixed-scope deployments. You will work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, helping them quickly launch and adopt core Salesforce capabilities with confidence and precision.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementations (typically 2–6 week engagements).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience guiding clients through focused discovery sessions aligned exclusively to fixed-scope delivery.
  • Core Salesforce Platform: Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, standard objects, and security/sharing models.
  • Automation & Analytics: Hands-on proficiency with standard automation tools (Flows) and building robust reports and dashboards.
  • Data & Integrations: Experience supporting data imports, migrations, and basic integrations (APIs, connectors, and third-party tools).
  • Must hold 2 to 5 of the following Salesforce Certifications: Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant Certified Agentforce Specialist Certified Platform Administrator Certified Platform Administrator II Certified Business Analyst Certified Platform App Builder Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple overlapping projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Client Engagement: Adept at running focused, tightly-scoped discovery sessions and gracefully guiding clients away from unnecessary customizations.
  • Pragmatism: A strong preference for standard, out-of-the-box solutions and a keen eye for maximizing business value through rapid deployment methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce environments with Slack and/or Asana.
  • Previous experience operating within a dynamic consulting or partner environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver rapid Salesforce Quick Start engagements from kickoff to go-live readiness.
  • Execute predefined implementation frameworks utilizing standard Salesforce functionality, keeping customization low.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, highly efficient out-of-the-box configurations.
  • Configure core Salesforce features including data models, security (roles, profiles, sharing), and standard objects.
  • Build and manage platform automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals) as well as reports and dashboards.
  • Support data imports, complex migrations, and light integrations with third-party tools.
  • Provide clear recommendations aligned to best practices, identifying future opportunities while rigorously avoiding over-engineering within the immediate project scope.
