About The Position

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill an Advanced Product Solutions Representative position in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong technical aptitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems. They are a quick learner, communicate effectively, and work well both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the lighting industry or a related field required.
  • Strong working knowledge of low-voltage and line-voltage lighting systems and installations is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Fast learner with a proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • ALA Lighting Specialist certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate product information to customers and end users.
  • Manage a high volume of technical phone calls and email inquiries while consistently meeting or exceeding quality and performance targets.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, case details, resolutions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Review and interpret engineering CAD drawings to offer advanced product guidance and support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Care, to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
  • Lead product request submissions and quality assurance cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Actively engage in ongoing product training to stay current on product updates and technical knowledge.
