Why Join Us | DuPont Careers Demand Planner The DuPont Printing and Films business is seeking a Demand Planner to cover the Americas region of its Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions and Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions businesses. The Cyrel® and Artistri® businesses reside within the Printing and Packaging business in DuPont Diversified Industrials. Cyrel® offers a broad range of flexographic solutions that optimize the quality, productivity and sustainability of printers/converters and tradeshops. Artistri® water-based pigment inks offer high-performance solutions across textile, commercial, and packaging applications, while supporting eco-friendly practices and customized customer partnerships. What You'll Do: Collaborate with market segment leaders, product management, and regional sales teams to create an accurate, unconstrained demand forecast. Take the lead in aligning our action plans and performance tracking with key stakeholders to guarantee successful execution. Delve into demand trends and analyze input versus assumptions, ensuring our strategic decisions are based on solid data. Be accountable for the continuous improvement of our demand processes, enhancing accuracy and reducing bias in our forecasting. Support the demand and supply alignment process by effectively communicating significant changes and scenario planning. Key Responsibilities: Analyze forecast inputs from various departments and provide critical insights to challenge and validate data. Maintain continuous communication with cross-functional teams, transforming demand information into actionable plans. Generate and consolidate monthly consensus demand plans for a 24-month horizon and create additional demand scenarios as needed. Monitor actual performance, identifying forecasting errors and driving corrective actions to improve accuracy. Prepare for and support the Global Demand Review, ensuring our plans are backed by well-justified assumptions and thorough analysis. Facilitate the supply review process to align demand and supply while avoiding constraints. Leverage the OMP tool to improve our forecasting strategy, utilizing advanced statistical methods and differentiated strategies. Who You Are: You hold an undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, or engineering. With at least three years of experience in a commercial or supply chain organization, you know what drives success. You have hands-on experience with planning systems (e.g., APO, OMP, SAP) and ideally hold a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Your strong communication and analytical skills enable you to influence stakeholders effectively and work collaboratively across functions.
