About The Position

Hourly Pay Range: $57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Neurosciences - Spine Location: NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights IL Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m Weekend and Holiday rotation On Call Requirement Required Travel: N/A

Requirements

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior APN/PA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
