About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for orthopedic spine surgery care at FPN Coolspring Health Center located in Michigan City, IN with occasional outreach to Munster, IN and Chesterton, IN. Candidate will collaborate with and support our tenured, talented orthopedic spine surgeon.

Requirements

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required

Nice To Haves

• Background including 2 years of surgical/1st assist orthopedic work.
• Clinic experience

• Work collaboratively with our orthopedic spine surgeon and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
