About The Position

Chesapeake Urology is seeking a skilled and adaptable Advanced Practice Provider to join our urology team. In this float role, you will work across two clinical locations and one hospital, providing high-quality, patient-centered urologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, supporting treatment planning, performing inpatient rounding, and participating in call coverage in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff. You will join a team-oriented private practice that values clinical excellence, flexibility, and strong patient relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of APP experience required
• NP-C/PA-C
• Travel between clinic locations required

Nice To Haves

• Urology experience as an RN or APP preferred
• Surgical experience as an RN or APP preferred
