Texas Transplant Physician Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support the Hepatology department. Qualified Candidates: Acute care experience required Liver disease or chronic disease management is ideal, however, not required Works with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patients Provide inpatient and outpatient care as indicated for organ disease and transplant patients
