About The Position

An outstanding opportunity to join Mountain View Pain Center, Arizona and Colorado’s largest and only comprehensive pain management practice. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality interventional pain management and patient care, while also demonstrating team leadership skills. Position Summary: The provider will deliver high-quality patient care and manage medical treatments for both new and established patients. Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, performing musculoskeletal exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, making diagnoses, managing medications, and referring patients for therapies or interventional procedures ( training provided if needed).The role involves preparing treatment plans, documenting in the EHR, prescribing medications and treatment per protocols, and working collaboratively within a team under physician supervision. The provider must demonstrate professionalism, independence, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Medical License (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up and new patient visits with appropriate appointment times
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage medications
  • Prescribe treatments within practice and legal guidelines
  • Perform minor procedures (training provided)
  • Work professionally with the team and independently when needed
