We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Gettysburg, PA. What you can expect at your practice: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant responsible for performing initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, UTIs, and more Responsible for hospital consults in Gettysburg and outpatient care with flexibility to work varying 1.00 FTE daytime only schedule Monday-Friday (No after hours call, or weekend call) Support and collaborate alongside a team of eight Providers between Chambersburg Hospital and Gettysburg Hospital Assist Urologists in surgical procedures, including prep and post-op care of patients Educate patients on urologic health, treatment options, and discharge instructions during 20-60 minute appointments Our Total Rewards package includes: Comprehensive health benefits Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement savings plan Paid time off (PTO) Short-term disability Financial education and support, including DailyPay Wellness and Wellbeing programs Caregiver support via Wellthy Childcare referral service via Wellthy A place to call home: You'll feel at home in our sophisticated medical community in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- 1 year Required
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
