About The Position

About the Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant responsible for performing initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, UTIs, and more Responsible for hospital consults in Waynesboro and outpatient care with flexibility to work varying 1.00 FTE daytime only schedule Monday-Friday (No after hours call, or weekend call) Support and collaborate alongside a team of seven Providers between Waynesboro Hospital and Chambersburg Hospital Assist Urologists in surgical procedures, including prep and post-op care of patients Educate patients on urologic health, treatment options, and discharge instructions during 30-minute appointments Lifestyle/Community Family-oriented community, with excellent schools, low cost of living and low crime rates Abundant outdoor and cultural activities including restaurants, theatre, golf courses, hiking, water sports, and farmers' markets. Requirements
- Must have a Master's degree
- Must be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license
Responsibilities
- Performing initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, UTIs, and more
