Advanced Practice Provider- Sleep Medicine (Hybrid)
About The Position
Sentara Medical Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their thriving Sleep Medicine team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. This role offers a collaborative and growing environment focused on patient-centered care and work-life balance. The APP will be responsible for evaluating and managing both new and established patients across a full spectrum of sleep disorders, ordering and interpreting sleep studies, and utilizing various treatment modalities including CPAP, BiPAP, and dental sleep devices. The position is exclusively in sleep medicine, with no Pulmonary/Critical Care responsibilities, and operates under the guidance of a Board-Certified Sleep Physician. The team includes 6 physicians and 7 staff members, with each NP/PA having a dedicated Medical Assistant. The schedule is a hybrid model, with half clinic-based and half remote work, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call or weekends.

Responsibilities
