As a Physician Assistant, PA or a Nurse Practitioner, NP in our St. James Hospitalist group, you'll work collaboratively with hospital and medical group providers, to provide top notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with care and case management, the Emergency Medicine team, and excellent support staff! Competitive Compensation Incentives: starting bonus, relocation bonus (if applicable), student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible! You will practice at our St. James Hospital, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT. You would be joining a well-respected, established group of providers. Full time position. 7 on 7 off schedule. 7am to 5pm. EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide). Excellent opportunity for mentorship, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic. Strong partnership with our St. Vincent Regional hospital. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. How we'll support you. Requirements

  • An active Physician Assistant PA or Nurse Practitioner NP License by the MT State Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
  • Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products.
  • The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position
  • Passion for hospital medicine.

Nice To Haves
