About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in general Otolaryngology/ENT to join us at Lafayette ENT located in Lafayette, IN. Lafayette ENT specializes in comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, head and neck tumors, facial trauma, and facial plastic surgery. Provider will be joining a well-established, busy practice with three experienced physicians as well as a great support team. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

  • Master's Degree - Required
  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required

Responsibilities

  • Provider will manage their own patient panel
  • Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
