Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana. Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workman’s compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services. Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana Average outpatient volume: 30-45 patients per day On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 4 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed Common Diagnoses: Exposures Lacerations Musculoskeletal injuries Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals Sprain and Strains Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
