Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Hospitalist
About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Hospitalist to provide exceptional care for hospitalized patients. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in a supportive environment, where patient care and quality are top priorities. The Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Hospitalist provides high-quality, comprehensive inpatient care to adult patients. Responsibilities include admitting, assessing, diagnosing, and discharging while managing a wide range of medical conditions in collaboration with the hospital team. This per diem role offers schedule flexibility to support hospital coverage needs, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Key duties include performing thorough history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The APP works closely with other providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure safe and coordinated patient care. Accurate documentation, effective communication, and adherence to hospital policies and clinical best practices are essential. Experience in a health care setting is preferred.
