Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs. The Cleveland Clinic Cancer Institute is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN, PA, or CNS) to serve as the Cancer Screening, Education, and Community Outreach Specialist. This position plays a vital role in advancing the Cancer Institute's mission to reduce the burden of cancer through prevention, early detection, and education. The APP will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and health system partners to design, implement, and evaluate cancer screening and outreach initiatives that improve access to care and promote health equity.
