About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our busy, patient-centered urgent care team. We have openings in our Frazer/Malvern and West Chester locations in Pennsylvania. You'll play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality care to patients of all ages - working alongside a collaborative, experienced team that values clinical excellence and professional growth. Requirements

  • Active NP or PA license in Pennsylvania, with unrestricted DEA certification.
  • Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated confidence in performing procedures, interpreting X-rays and tests, and managing high patient volumes independently.
  • Proficient and comfortable treating all ages.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • DOT certification preferred
  • ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and implement evidence-based treatment plans for acute conditions across all age groups.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
  • Perform a wide range of procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
  • Promote patient education focused on prevention and wellness.
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional care, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient experiences.
