Exciting Opportunities for Inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at MSK Join one of the nation’s most respected cancer centers and make a meaningful impact on patients and families. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider teams. With more than 900 APPs across the institution, MSK APPs are integral to delivering exceptional, evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care. Inpatient APPs serve as clinical leaders managing complex patient populations across medical, surgical, and specialty oncology services. This posting is designed to connect candidates with inpatient APP opportunities across multiple service lines. Role Overview: As an Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider, you will - Deliver comprehensive inpatient care to oncology patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management Collaborate closely with attending physicians, fellows, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Manage acute and chronic conditions in a high-acuity hospital environment Participate in patient and family education, care coordination, and discharge planning Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice Serve as a clinical resource and mentor within the care team Specific responsibilities vary by service line and department. Requirements

  • For Nurse Practitioners - Current NYS RN and NP license/registration
  • Master’s degree in Nursing
  • National Board Certification
  • Relevant inpatient clinical experience (requirements vary by service)
  • For Physician Assistants - Graduate of an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license or eligibility
  • Relevant inpatient clinical experience (requirements vary by service)
  • Strong clinical judgment in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic clinical settings
  • Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning

Responsibilities
