We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital North campus. Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital North. Full time day opportunity (10-12 hour shifts), every 3rd weekend, and 2 holidays a year.
