Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Gastroenterologist to join our busy practice in Crown Point, IN located at Franciscan Health Crown Point and meet the growing demand for services in northern Indiana. Requirements

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
