About The Position

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their growing Gastroenterology team. The role is a single-site position at the Olympia Fields, IL clinic, offering state-of-the-art facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.
• EMR proficiency

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicine
• experience with Epic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.
• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits.
• Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
