Family Medicine APP (Family Medicine) Full-time, Utah Valley Clinic Provo, UT Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system with hospitals and clinics throughout the Intermountain West. Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement)
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)

Nice To Haves

• Women's services experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Master’s degree
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
