Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine (PRN)
About The Position
Sentara Medical Group has a PRN/Flex opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family/Internal Medicine Physicians (including Walk-In sites) in the northeastern North Carolina region. This is a float position. Life in North Carolina provides rich and diverse recreational and cultural offerings in addition to our fabulous historical sites. Elizabeth City is located along the Pasquotank River and is only a short drive to North Carolina s Outer Banks Beaches and Jockey s Ridge State Park that houses the tallest living sand dune system on the Atlantic coast. Local attractions include The Pines Golf & Country Club, Museum of the Albemarle and College of the Albemarle s Performing Art Center. Elizabeth City is a rural community where their physicians are truly respected and appreciated and it s only 45 minutes to the amenities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach and 1.5 hours from East Carolina University s Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. Requirements
- Active NP or PA
- Must have experience practicing as an APP
- Primary Care background strongly preferred
