As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you'll be a part of opening a brand new location for SCL Health to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs. You would practice at Thornton Clinic, Thornton, CO Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7am-6 pm, Saturday 8 -12 pm Shared Practice Phone Call

Requirements

Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
