About The Position

Advanced Practice Provider – APRN- Progressive Critical Care Unit Position Highlights: Position: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner Location: Elmhurst, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: 2 12 hour shifts/ week which includes every 3rd weekend Required Travel: no What you will do: Perform thorough assessments of critically ill patients, evaluating their clinical status, history, and lab results to identify any issues or complications.Develop individualized care plans for patients based upon the assessment.Monitor and manage life-threatening conditions.Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for critically ill patients.Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and possible outcomes.
