JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) Full Time - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Infectious Disease The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research. The Advanced Practice Nurse serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- NJ-RN/APN license or NJ-PA license
- Board certified and AHA BLS certification
- Full time; varies
