About The Position

Enables the business to better understand, evaluate and manage its strategic, operational, credit, market and liquidity risks across the enterprise. Enterprise and operational risk positions establish and monitor the risk appetite, assess control over critical processes, analyze internal and external risk events and optimize operational risk capital. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Enterprise and Operational Risk.
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management program through the implementation and the ongoing management of processes within the BU or HQ.
  • Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports.
