About The Position

We are seeking an advanced Microsoft Platform expert to architect, build, and optimize data solutions using Microsoft technologies. The focus will be on automation, reporting, and integration for undergrounding and related business processes

Requirements

Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Fabric)
Experience with data architecture, connectors, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., S4 HANA, Propel)
Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex business needs into scalable enterprise solutions.
Skilled in mentoring cross-functional teams, enforcing delivery governance, and driving quality.
Experienced in aligning Power Platform Technology strategy with business outcomes and enterprise architecture goals.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Python for data manipulation is a plus, but the focus is on automation and minimizing manual API work
Knowledge of offline mode strategies is beneficial

Responsibilities

Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric
Design and optimize data structures for seamless integration with systems like Propel and S4 HANA, preparing for future machine learning and AI applications
Coordinate with Central Reporting to ensure data flows and structures are compatible
Leverage connectors and automation to minimize manual processes and enhance data intake, transformation, and reporting
Evaluate and implement offline mode solutions, considering licensing and cost implications
Advise on best practices for data management, including the use of Data Lake, Fabric, and Dataverse, and recommend improvements
Provide project management and stakeholder-facing support, ensuring clear communication and requirements gathering
Review and validate work products to ensure use of modern, efficient Power Platform techniques (e.g., canvas-based apps, Copilot Studio)
