About The Position

We're looking for an Advanced Master Mechanic with deep expertise in European automotive systems to join our specialized repair shop in San Antonio. This isn't a high-volume flat-rate grind — it's a place where your knowledge of European engineering is genuinely valued, and the team you work with takes real pride in every vehicle that rolls through the door. We work extensively on: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, and MINI.

Requirements

• ASE Master Technician certification (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specializing in European makes
• Proficiency with European OEM diagnostic software and tooling
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
• Own a complete, professional-grade tool set

Nice To Haves

• L1 Advanced Engine Performance a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on European vehicles
• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, and others)
• Carry out major engine, transmission, and drivetrain work with precision
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians with patience and know-how
• Communicate clearly with service advisors to document findings and repair plans
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe — always
