About The Position

Craft, Calibrate, and Lead Imagine turning a mechanical print into a flawless component—choosing the right tooling, dialing in your setup on a CNC mill, and finishing details on a manual lathe. You confirm every spec with micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers. Then you pass along a tip that helps a newer machinist shave minutes off their cycle time. That’s a normal day here. Schedule & Onboarding You’ll work 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) after completing 3–6 months of training on 1st shift . Requirements

  • 3+ years of machining experience across both manual and CNC platforms
  • Fluency in mechanics, shop math, metal properties, and machining strategies
  • Self-starter who collaborates well in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Continuous-improvement mindset and proactive problem-solving
