Requirements

Proven machine operator experience (5+ years preferred)
Experience with machine setup, adjustments, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and standard safety protocols
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery
Basic math and computer skills
Dependable, quality-focused, and committed to safe work practices

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Experience operating roll handling equipment (hoists, roll lifts, pallet jacks)

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating converting equipment according to production specs & safety procedures
Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
Completing production documentation accurately
Performing quality checks in alignment with the Pregis Quality Management System
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Supporting the team and performing additional duties as assigned
