About The Position

This role is focused on enabling the insights analysts at Kroger to be able to
use the CJA tool in a scalable way.  We are responsible for tooling, templates,
training, and best practices of the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics tool.

Partner with cross-functional analytics domain teams to develop a self-service,
capability-based approach to digital products reporting and insights. Lead the
strategy for scalable, quick, and simple reporting and insights across the
enterprise. Define the strategy and oversee the execution for standards, best
practices, and training that will empower data consumers to customize reports
and discover insights that will lead to data-driven decisions. Serve as a mentor
to other analysts, coaching in techniques and approaches to help deepen and
enhance skillsets. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty,
