About The Position

Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team in a unique Full-Time role. This position is ideal for an APP who thrives in a collaborative environment, values high-quality patient care, and enjoys supporting a physician-led team while maintaining a balanced and rewarding clinical practice. Why This Role Stands Out Balanced responsibilities: Combine patient-facing care with meaningful clinical support work No patient panel ownership: Focus on care, not volume-building Team-based environment: Work closely with physicians, care coordinators, nursing staff, and leadership Mission-driven organization: Be part of a health system deeply committed to quality, compassion, and community Stable, full-time opportunity within a growing, well-established medical group About the Role As an Advanced Practice Provider at FHMG, you will function as a clinician, consultant, educator, and collaborative partner to physician colleagues.
