Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years directly related inspection experience, including receiving/incoming inspection
• Proficient in: ESD controls and workmanship standards
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
• Basic electronic and mechanical test setups
• On-site work is required

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: Familiarity or certification in J-STD-001/002, IPC-610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray inspection is preferred or may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment to verify compliance with technical and quality requirements
• Conduct real-time defect evaluation, including identification, documentation, and verification of corrective actions and rework
• Utilize knowledge of electrical theory to assess electronic assemblies and test setups
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, ensuring accurate reporting of findings and traceability
• Interface with internal teams and occasionally with external suppliers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
