Adult OCD Counselor/Therapist – PHP Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA Salary: $54,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-Person) About High Focus Centers High Focus Centers in Lansdale is a leading provider of specialized outpatient treatment programs for adults. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) focuses on helping individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders manage symptoms, build coping skills, and achieve lasting relief through structured, evidence-based, and compassionate care. We are seeking a dedicated Adult OCD Counselor/Therapist to join our PHP team. Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with completion of a clinically based internship or practicum required.
  • Experience: Prior experience treating adults with OCD and/or anxiety disorders strongly preferred.
  • Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or license-eligible candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily PHP group therapy sessions focused on OCD and anxiety treatment using evidence-based modalities.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and assist in determining appropriate level of care.
  • Provide individual therapy and support as part of the PHP and step-down continuum of care.
  • Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Participate in clinical meetings to review client progress, share insights, and ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Support program operations and assist with other clinical or administrative tasks as needed.
